  • Orders placed during sales, promotions, or high-volume periods may experience slight delays

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (if available).

We currently ship:

  • Internationally (selected countries)

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Courier rates

  • Order size and weight

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro Manila: 1–5 business days

  • Provincial areas: 3–10 business days

  • International orders: Varies by destination

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Senioritos is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Senioritos has no control over customs processing times or fees


Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

Senioritos is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost:

  • Please contact the courier first using your tracking number

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos immediately

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
