We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, odor, or damage caused by the customer may be refused or partially refunded, at our discretion.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are shouldered by the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-edition items (including event-specific or personalized merchandise)


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different size or item:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

This ensures faster processing and availability.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

All returned items must still meet the return eligibility requirements listed above.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Banks or card providers may take additional time to post the refund
